Got some hungry fellers to feed? Go local, and go big!

This enormous traditional Cypriot meal is the perfect way to start a stag weekend night out in Ayia Napa. You'll be treated to between 15 and 20 dishes, served as a meze - a long, constantly-changing procession of tasty goodness.

Cyprus enjoys a mainly Greek cuisine - warm pitas, delicious dips and plenty of seafood. You'll also be served cheeses like halloumi, which is lipsmackingly awesome when it's grilled, and feta.

Traditionally, a Cypriot meze starts with olives, potatoes in garlic, breads and humus. Grilled vegetables, keftedes (meatballs) and lountza (smoked tenderloin of pork) are also common. Don't be fooled by the bite-sized nature of each dish. The good stuff just keeps on coming, until even the hungriest feller in the room has to think twice before taking another helping!

Meze is an awesome option for a stag weekend. Its sharing style encourages the boys to talk to everyone, not just the chaps they work with or went to school with. And the portion sizes make it much easier to avoid overstuffing yourselves and leaving no room for beer.

Talking of beer, it wouldn't be a stag weekend dinner without a few brews. We've made sure everyone gets a couple of beers to complement the delicious, spicy food. Cheers!
