Bored of driving karts around a track? Had one too many goes on a quad bike? Lads, for the stag party that absolutely, positively has to thrill every motherf*cker in the room, we proudly present the Rage buggy!
This slice of total motorised insanity is like nothing else you’ve ever driven. Forget cornering, Forget racing against the boys. If you really want to experience the last word in face-melting speed, you drive an off-road buggy so quick you’re not allowed to race it…
Now, we’re not saying you can’t go fast in a Rage buggy. We’re just saying you can’t go fast against other Rage buggies. These things are so ludicrously quick that putting two of them together on our Derby race track would be completely irresponsible. And while we’re all for a bit of stag party lunacy, we don’t actually want you to end up in hospital.
So instead, we let you unleash the beast one at a time, in a time trial challenge that’ll leave you with a face you can only get after driving a 600cc dirt buggy down a bespoke track! You’ll be grinning like a loon and panting like a dog when you cross the finish line. Usually it takes a few seconds to peel your fingers off the wheel, you’ve been gripping it so hard!
There are all sorts of cool things you can do on a stag party in Derby - blasting zombie targets with shotguns, building shelters, learning the ancient art of archery. But this is the only time you’ll get the opportunity to drive a vehicle so powerful it can only do time trials. Do you feel the need - the need for speed?
In a nutshell:
Roar like a barbarian. Yell like a Merrie Man. Lads, if you want to feel like a proper badass, you don’t need a gun. You need a bow and arrow.
Nothing makes you look more awesome than hitting a target with an arrow. You’ve got to be strong, cool, and deadly to handle a bow properly, and that makes archery one of the most epic stag weekend activities out there. Rock up to this adventure centre, just a short drive away from Derby, and find out how the biggest, baddest dudes used to roll in medieval times.
You’ll get to play with traditional longbows or compound bows. A traditional longbow is harder to handle, but it makes you look like more of a legend. A compound bow replaces the big limbs of a longbow with a system of pulleys. Either way, we’re talking serious weapons capable of delivering a lethal bolt at terrifying speeds!
Your instructors are awesome. They’re totally up for banter with lads on a stag weekend, and they’ll make sure you get the most from this immense sport. Learn to take up a firing stance, find out which finger position suits you best, and discover how to control your breathing so the arrow flies straight and true. By the end of the afternoon, you’ll be feeling like a proper warrior. You might even hit the target!
In a nutshell:
Lads, it’s time to take a stand against boring quad biking experiences. Who wants to spend all afternoon going round and round in circles, when you could be out in the countryside, shredding woodland trails and hammering through water obstacles?
Just a short drive from Derby, we’ve got a driving centre that runs a quad biking session with a difference. This one starts where the others leave off!
Your day begins with a short introductory session, during which your stag party will be introduced to the machines and tested on a specially-designed training circuit. Then it’s time to find out what these bikes can really do - and what you lot are really made of. Experienced instructors will lead your stag party out of our driving centre and into the dense woodland surrounding it. Following a series of trails that go over rough terrain, through water challenges, and up and down some pretty hefty slopes, you’ll experience quad biking like it was meant to be done.
The instructors on our Derby quad bike adventure are masters in the art of gauging your skill. They’ll push you to accomplish stuff on a quad bike you never thought possible, but they’ll never take you beyond the limits of what you can do safely.
These machines were built to get muddy. Bring clothing you’re willing to get muddy too!
